How does it work
SeaQ enables daily, two-way interaction with crew through bespoke questions sent directly to seafarers’ phones, covering importance, satisfaction, root causes, and improvement areas.
Feedback is fully anonymous and GDPR-compliant, ensuring no access to personal identities. Insights are shared with operators via online dashboards and regular reports.

SeaQ uses question-based data collection, with standard or customised queries from partners, requiring no tech integration or added costs. It is not an app and operates through seafarers’ preferred messaging platforms for ease of use. Interactions take about six seconds, allow free-text input, and enable messaging back to seafarers.
