Claire has over 15 years of experience in the shipping sector, such as Maersk, Navigator Gas and Eletson, as well as INTERTANKO​. She created PsyFyi in 2021; one of the first companies focusing on continuous crew data to enhance safety, welfare and value. ​

Satu has 15 years of experience in maritime tech such as vessel performance optimisation in Eniram/Wärtsilä and marine claims predictions in Concirrus. ​She is passionate about using data & analytics to improve the maritime industry and crew welfare.

With a background in aerospace and bioengineering, Alexis was instrumental in creating SeaQ, PsyFyi’s flagship reporting tool. Coding has been a central part of his life for over a decade, a skill he honed through self-teaching & determination. 

Christian has +14 years of maritime experience and is passionate about transforming ideas into robust products. As a qualified lawyer, business owner & mentor he uses his expertise in the shipping, start-up and technology sector to guide PsyFyi on business and strategy.  

Toon has over 50 years of seagoing and maritime experience as an ex-pastor. He works closely with the ethical and strategic aspects to ensure our data collection and reporting will have a long-term impact in the regulatory and legislative space.​

Elisa is a B2B Marketing Professional with 20 years of experience in international business, of which 15 years is with maritime technology & software. Her speciality is digital content marketing and localizing marketing & website content in English and Finnish.

Fay has 20 years of experience in the maritime technology and oil & gas industries. Her latest commercial roles have been around the globe at B&P, Seadrill (offshore drilling company) and Eniram/Wärtsilä. At PsyFyi she is in charge of sales and customer relations.  

Joep had a career in Royal Van Oord, in maritime civil engineering, oil & gas and the renewables industry, in various roles from project management to the executive board. He advises PsyFyi on strategy and holds various other advisory and supervisory board roles.
